Alfa Laval TL6-BFM

Alfa Laval – premium Swedish heat transfer technology. The manufacturer's industrial and HVAC heat exchangers are designed for heat transfer between fluid circuits.

TL6-BFM – dismantlable, gasketed plate heat exchanger. Can be designed for heating or technological circuits. Specific applicability must be determined based on the existing plate pack, gaskets, and operating data.

• Separated fluid circuits: heat can be transferred through the plates; the two media do not mix under normal operation.
• Dismantlable plate pack: accessible for inspection and cleaning by opening.
• Long plate geometry: the factory TL6 data sheet also recommends the series for longer temperature programs and heat recovery.
• Plate and gasket materials according to design: the appropriate material selection can be adapted to the medium and temperature; the materials of the used unit are identified separately.
• Flexible sizing: the heat transfer surface can be modified within the series, but this requires manufacturer sizing and adequate frame capacity.

Documentation: the TL6 factory data sheet uploaded and attached to the product. The plate count, heat transfer surface, pressure and temperature limits of the offered piece are still to be coordinated based on the original factory documentation. The kW data of another new TL6-BFM configuration is not the performance of the offered piece. In the catalog, the product is listed as sold; current availability will be coordinated.

Searches on the requested three webshops did not yield a verifiable price for the specific plate pack.
