Binder RRK 60 biomass boiler

Binder – premium Austrian biomass heating technology. The Styrian manufacturer specializes in biomass-fired heat generation equipment.

RRK 60 – biomass boiler for heating systems with higher heat demand. Based on the original data plate of the specific machine:

• Up to 60 kW output: the MAX value of the data plate, one of the starting points for system sizing.
• For hydronic heating systems: the boiler transfers heat to the connected hydraulic network.
• PN 3 pressure rating: a factory value to be considered when selecting the system and safety fittings.
• 95 °C temperature limit: the actual operating setting must be adjusted to the system.
• 1995 manufacture, serial number 1128: the unit identified based on the original data plate.

Documentation and equipment: the exact factory manual for the old RRK 60 is not yet available. The usable fuel and the actual design of the feeder, control, and ash removal are to be agreed upon separately.

Comparative price of new equipment: Fröling T4e 60 ESP, left-hand stoker, 14708ESPL: 23,546.10 EUR gross, with 19% German VAT; calculated net 19,786.64 EUR. The offer includes the boiler, stoker, ESP separator, and integrated return-water lift; the costs of complete fuel extraction, buffer tank, installation, and transport to Hungary are to be clarified separately.Comparison with a different, current model, not the exact new price of the advertised old type.
