BINDER Energietechnik is an Austrian manufacturer specializing in the development of biomass combustion systems and industrial boilers. The RRK series includes biomass-fired boilers designed for hot water heating systems.
The RRK 60 shown in the pictures features a massive steel boiler body, red casing, top flue gas and fan unit, as well as front service and cleaning doors. The equipment is intended to be part of an industrial or larger building heating system.
According to its own data plate, the appliance was manufactured in 1995, with serial number 1128, maximum heat output of 60 kW, permitted operating overpressure of 3 bar, and permitted supply temperature of 95 °C. The exact fuel and feeding configuration must be verified based on the on-site connections and the complete mechanical system.
New reference price: the price of current, similar 40–60 kW biomass or wood chip boilers can start from approximately EUR 13,000 gross; this is a comparative new price, not the original factory price of the old Binder RRK 60.
