Fröling FHG Turbo 3000 20 kW – controllable wood heating

Manual log wood-fired heat generator for water-side central heating. For setting up systems in family houses, workshops, and smaller commercial buildings, selected according to the site's heat demand.

Factory design and advantages

• Wood gasification operation: The combustible gases released from the loaded wood burn in a separate, high-temperature combustion chamber; this utilizes the energy content of the wood better.
• Loading chamber designed for half-meter logs: The spacious loading chamber is designed to accommodate longer firewood, thus requiring less chopping.
• High-temperature vortex combustion chamber: The intensive mixing of gases and combustion water/air supports cleaner, more complete burnout.
• Lambda control: The lambda probe monitors the oxygen supply of combustion, and the control system adjusts the air volume accordingly.
• Electronically controlled flue gas extractor: Helps maintain a uniform draft and adjusts the flue gas flow to the combustion process.
• WOS heat exchanger cleaning: By moving the cleaning lever, the turbulators in the heat exchanger tubes remove deposits; the boiler does not need to be disassembled for daily tube cleaning.
• Flue gas extraction for refilling: The extraction system designed at the loading door reduces the amount of smoke escaping into the room when opening the door.
• Lambdatronic control: The operating status and settings of the boiler can be monitored on a central control unit, and the combustion is controlled electronically.
