Lambdamat 500 – 495 kW nominal output according to the original data plate. The boiler can be a suitable choice for the central heat supply of sites with high heat demand. When sizing the system, the moisture content of the fuel and the continuous heat demand must be considered together.

• Hydraulically driven moving grate: Continuously feeds fuel into the combustion chamber, agitates the fuel bed, and helps remove burnt residue.
• For wetter wood materials containing bark: The Kommunal combustion chamber geometry supports the burnout of woodchips with higher moisture content and fuels with a higher bark ratio.
• Multi-layer chamotte combustion chamber: The high-temperature combustion zone improves the utilization of combustible wood gases.
• Primary and secondary air control: Combustion air enters the combustion chamber at multiple points: it separately supports the combustion of the fuel bed and the burnout of released gases.
• Lambda control: The boiler adjusts the combustion air to the oxygen content of the flue gas, adapting to variations in the wood material.
• Combustion chamber temperature and draft monitoring: The control system monitors both the combustion chamber temperature and pressure conditions for more stable combustion.
• Automatic ash removal: Combustion residue is mechanically conveyed into the ash collector, requiring less manual intervention.
• Large-surface, multi-pass heat exchanger: The flue gas transfers its heat to the heating water in multiple stages; large cleaning openings facilitate periodic maintenance.
• Lambdatronic control: The operation of the boiler, connected heating circuits, and storage tanks can be organized into a unified control system.
