Lambdamat 500 – 495 kW nominal output according to the original data plate. The 2010 boiler can be a suitable choice for the central heat supply of sites with high heat demand. When sizing the system, the moisture content of the fuel and the continuous heat demand must be considered together.

• 495 kW nominal heat output: the data plate of the combustion unit specifies this at W=40 fuel moisture content.
• Lambdamat FUR 500 KO combustion unit: the exact version has been identified; data from other Industrie variants do not substitute this.
• 1000 liters boiler water capacity: checked baseline data for hydraulic design and expansion system sizing.
• 4 bar permissible operating pressure: the pressure conditions of the heating system must be matched to this.
• 95 °C permissible operating temperature: the maximum permissible temperature of 110 °C specifically indicated on the data plate is not identical to the continuous operating value.

Documentation and equipment: the existing Lambdamat brochure and Kommunal data sheet are serial material. The attached Industrie 150–750 manual also discusses a different version, therefore matching it to the specific 2010 KO system is necessary. The scope of delivery of the extractor, feeder, controller, and ash removal is defined by the specific quote.
