Key design features of the P4 product family

• Automatic pellet feeding: From the built-in fuel tank, the boiler conveys the pellets to the burner adapted to the current demand.
• Modulating boiler operation: Heat generation can be adapted to the momentary heat demand, allowing the boiler to operate even at lower loads.
• Automatic WOS heat exchanger cleaning: Turbulators remove deposits from the tubes, which helps maintain efficient heat transfer.
• Mechanical ash removal into two ash collection boxes: In the P4 15–25 design, the boiler ash goes into easily accessible, removable collectors, making emptying easier.
• Speed-controlled flue gas extractor: The fan adjusts the flue gas flow to the boiler's operation, and its functioning is supervised by the control system.
• Lambdatronic control: Settings for boiler operation and related heat supply can be managed from a single control system.
• Multi-layer thermal insulation: Insulation of the boiler body and cleaning door reduces heat escaping towards the boiler room.
• Easily accessible ash collectors: The removable containers can be transported to the emptying location with a lid, resulting in less dust during ash handling.
• Automatic hot-air ignition: The P4 automatically ignites the pellets when started upon heat demand.
• Automatic moving grate: The movement of the grate removes combustion residues from the combustion surface, supporting uniform firing.
• Double safety separation: Storage-side and burner-side closing elements isolate the fuel path from the combustion zone.
