Fröling T4 150 kW

Fröling – premium Austrian biomass heating technology. The Grieskirchen-based manufacturer develops wood chip, pellet, and log wood systems.

T4-150 – 45–150 kW wood chip and pellet boiler. Based on the original data plate and the factory T4 series documentation, it can be designed for central heat supply of larger buildings, with mechanized fuel and ash handling.

• 150 kW nominal output, 45–150 kW range: output adaptable to heat demand; the 163 kW fuel input is a separate data point.
• Automatic ash removal and tipping grate: the factory series design reduces the labor of regular manual ash handling.
• Speed-controlled flue gas extractor and lambda control: the factory T4 technology coordinates combustion air and firing.
• 340 l water capacity, 3 bar, 90 °C: system design data from the original data plate of the offered unit.
• 400 V / 50 Hz, C16A: electrical connection according to the boiler data plate; the equipment of the complete feeding system is to be agreed upon separately.

Documentation: the factory P0530513 T4 24–150 brochure is available online; a PDF attachment is not yet available. This is a series document; the complete user manual matching the production year and control system must be agreed upon separately. The specific data plate indicates D06 A1 pellets and P16S–P31S A1 wood chips: the larger particle size listed in the brochure for a different production year does not override this. The different current Fröling T4e 150 ESP, 14742ESPL, left-hand stoker offer on heizung-billiger.de 38,259.90 EUR gross, with 19% German VAT; calculated net 32,151.18 EUR. Current boiler variant with ESP electrostatic precipitator; this is not the exact new price of the old T4-150, and the costs of the complete silo, hydraulics, chimney, transport, and installation are not justified in it.
