Synchro 31 – 31 kW wood gasification boiler. Two-stage, bottom-combustion design, which can be used to supply heat to a family house or a smaller commercial building with the appropriate system configuration.

• Two-stage wood gasification: In the bottom-combustion design, the gases released from the wood burn in a separate, high-temperature zone.
• Loading chamber sized for half-meter firewood: The width of the loading chamber is designed for 50 cm logs, reducing the necessary chopping.
• Lined loading chamber and angled cast iron grate: The inner lining protects the loading chamber, and the cast iron grate supports the fuel.
• Smoke extraction at the loading lid: The extraction built into the angled loading lid helps reduce smoke escaping during refuelling.
• Chamotte concrete combustion chamber: The heat-resistant combustion chamber supports the burnout of the combustible gases of the wood at high temperatures.
• Controlled exhaust fan and motorized air adjustment: It adjusts the combustion output to the boiler water and flue gas temperatures.
• Ember retention: By shutting off the air supply, the control also ensures an ember retention mode.
• Thermal overheating protection: A built-in copper heat exchanger serves to connect the thermal safety cooling.
• Accessible cleaning openings: The upper and side openings of the heat exchanger facilitate the removal of deposits and combustion residues.
