HDG Bavaria – premium German biomass heating technology. The Massing-based manufacturer develops wood-fired central heating systems.

Pelletmaster 15 – automatic pellet boiler, with a nominal output of 15 kW. With proper sizing, it can serve as the basis for pellet heating in family houses or smaller buildings.

• 4.5–15 kW output range: the 2008 factory manual specifies this for the 15 version.
• Automatic electric ignition: the factory design reduces the need for manual lighting.
• Moving step grate: this is how the series assists with ash management in the combustion chamber.
• Automatic heat exchanger cleaning: the mechanism described in the manual regularly cleans the heat transfer surfaces.
• HDG Pelletronic boiler control: the control system of the documented series; Hydronic system control is a separate option, its presence must be coordinated.

Documentation and equipment: the Pelletmaster 15/25, V03–08/2008 factory manual content has been found and verified. The manual can be read online; a downloadable PDF attachment is currently not available for the product. The product data sheet of the series specifies a 100-liter water volume and a 3 bar pressure limit. The original data plate of the offered unit, the suction turbine, intermediate storage, and the scope of warehouse delivery must be agreed upon separately. Available copy of the factory manual.
