• Underfed combustion system:Fuel is mechanically fed into the combustion chamber for the continuous handling of industrial quantities.
• Refractory-lined combustion chamber:The heat-resistant combustion chamber design serves for the complete burnout of wood-based fuels.
• Three-pass steel heat exchanger:The hot flue gas transfers its heat to the boiler water in multiple stages.
• Utilization of woodchips and wood shavings:The RA model family is designed for wood-based biomass, with particle size and moisture content appropriate for the system.
• Industrial fuel supply:The auger and related feeding elements support the mechanized servicing of higher fuel demand.
• 4 bar and 95 °C operating limit:Specified pressure and temperature data for the design of the industrial water-side network.
• 7,800 liters water volume in the 2,000 kW boiler:The large internal water-side volume belongs to the hydraulic sizing of the larger unit.
