KWB – premium Austrian pellet heating

The KWB premium Austrian manufacturer develops biomass heating systems. The Easyfire series automates pellet feeding and combustion, offering more convenient daily use compared to manual wood loading.

Easyfire EF2 S 35 – 2011 pellet boiler

Technical data

• Bottom-fed pellet burner: The pellet enters the burner plate from below, so the ember bed remains uniform, and feeding disturbs the ash less.
• Automatic ignition: The boiler starts combustion according to heat demand, without manual ignition.
• Lambda control: Based on the measurement of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the system adjusts the air supply to the combustion process.
• Automatic heat exchanger cleaning: Regular movement of the turbulators removes deposits from the heat exchanger and helps maintain good efficiency.
• Automatic ash removal: The ash generated during combustion is mechanically conveyed into the ash container, so daily boiler management involves less manual labor.
• Output adapted to heat demand: The boiler regulates its operation to the required amount of heat and can also be used at partial load.
• Backburn protection: The fuel supply path protection separates the stored pellet from the combustion chamber.
• KWB Comfort control: In addition to the boiler, the heat supply of the heating circuits, buffer storage, and domestic hot water can also be coordinated.
