The KWB, a premium Austrian manufacturer, develops pellet, log wood, and wood chip heating systems. The Easyfire series combines pellet feeding and combustion with regulated boiler operation.

A scalable solution for the heating systems of family houses and smaller buildings. Automatic boiler operation requires less daily stoking intervention compared to manual wood loading.

• Bottom-fed pellet burner: The pellets enter the burner plate from below, so the ember bed remains even and the feeding disturbs the ash less.
• Automatic ignition: The boiler initiates combustion according to the heat demand, without manual ignition.
• Lambda control: Based on the measurement of the oxygen content in the flue gas, the system adjusts the air supply for the combustion process.
• Automatic heat exchanger cleaning: Regular movement of the turbulators removes deposits from the heat exchanger and helps maintain good efficiency.
• Automatic ash removal: The ash generated during combustion is mechanically conveyed into the ash container, resulting in less manual labor for daily boiler management.
• Heat-demand-dependent output: The boiler regulates its operation according to the required amount of heat and can also be used at partial load.
• Backfire protection: The fuel feeding route protection separates the stored pellet from the combustion chamber.
• KWB Comfort control: In addition to the boiler, the heating circuits, buffer storage, and domestic hot water heat supply can also be coordinated.
