Pneumatex – premium Swiss pressure maintenance technology

The history of Pneumatex began in 1909 in Basel. As an IMI brand, it develops equipment for pressure maintenance, degassing, and water treatment in closed heating and cooling systems.

Compresso CG 300.10 – 300-liter base vessel

Base vessel for compressor-controlled pressure maintenance systems. According to the original data plate of the offered unit, it is from 2009, its serial number is 503737, and its article number is 712 3000.

Important features and practical benefits

• 300 liters nominal volume: for absorbing the thermal expansion of the heating or cooling medium; the useful expansion volume must be dimensioned based on the system's pressure data.
• CG base vessel with measuring foot: the manufacturer's design supports the measurement of the water content, which helps monitor the entire pressure maintenance system. A suitable TecBox control unit is required separately.
• 0–10 bar permissible pressure: the limit value on the specific data plate; not the constant system pressure to be set.
• +5…+70 °C diaphragm temperature: indicated separately on the data plate. The –10…+120 °C TS rating does not imply that the diaphragm can be continuously exposed to 120 °C water.
• Replaceable airproof butyl bag: the manufacturer's design of the CG family separates the water from the air side, and the replaceable bag facilitates maintenance.
• For heating and cooling media: the family documentation describes the application for non-aggressive, non-toxic media with up to 50% ethylene or propylene glycol additive.

Hungarian manufacturer's technical description enclosed: Compresso CX Connect, 12/2024; the CG 300.10 vessel is listed in the type table. The functions of the Connect control belong to the newer system; their presence is not verified as accessories of the offered 2009 vessel.

The offer by Heizung-Billiger for the new CG 300.10, 7123000: 4,306.80 EUR gross, including 19% German VAT; calculated net 3,619.16 EUR. The price is for a new vessel with the same type designation and article number, not for the complete pressure maintenance system.

The new offer lists the base vessel, water-side flexible hose, and shut-off/drain assembly. TecBox, compressor control unit, expansion vessel, installation, and delivery to Hungary are to be agreed upon separately; the accessories handed over with the used vessel will be recorded in the offer.
