Prüller Heizkessel-Technik is a heating technology manufacturer from Grossraming, Austria, which produced robust wood and solid fuel boilers. The D 53 S is a traditional water-jacketed boiler designed for manual firing and various solid fuels.
According to the factory plate, the appliance can be used with a nominal output of 53 kW using split logs, wood chips, and coal. The large loading door and the massive steel boiler body provide a design suited for traditional heating systems.
The appliance was manufactured in September 1997 with the serial number 0976. During installation, inspection of the chimney, safety fittings, and the entire hydraulic system by a specialist is required.
New reference price: the price of current, similar 45–55 kW solid fuel boilers is roughly in the gross price range of 5,000–6,000 EUR; this is a comparative new price, not the original factory price of the old Prüller model.
