A Prüller Heizkessel-Technik is a boiler manufacturer originating from Grossraming, Austria. The offered LE 40 is a conventional water-backed solid-fuel central heating appliance.

Prüller LE 40 – up to 40 kW

Manually fueled boiler for central heating systems. The unit, identified based on the original data plate, has the 04/1995 manufacturing designation and serial number 0727.

Key features and practical benefits

• 38 kW with split logs: output indicated on the original plate; can be sized in conjunction with the required building heat demand and hydraulics.
• 40 kW with shredded brushwood/wood and coal: the data plate also lists Buschholzhackgut and Kohle as fuels. The permitted quality and feeding must be coordinated with the exact model manual.
• Up to 3 bar boiler pressure: one of the defining factory limit values for integration with the heating network.
• Up to 95 °C flow temperature: temperature limit specified on the original plate, not recommended as a permanent operating setting.
• 220 V, approximately 80 W electrical data: electrical connection according to the boiler plate; this refers to auxiliary equipment data, not the thermal output of the boiler.
• 1.5–6 bar specified for the safety cooling circuit: range indicated separately on the data plate; not to be confused with the 3 bar pressure limit of the boiler body.

For proper application, the chimney, return protection, buffer tank, and safety cooling must be coordinated together with the entire heating system. We do not provide information without automatic fuel feeding, lambda control, or a document certifying a completed inspection.

A downloadable factory operating manual for the exact LE 40 model has not been found yet. The numerical data above originate from the original data plate; documents of other Prüller or Solarfocus models are not used as the unit's own manual.
