The Prüller Heizkessel-Technik is a boiler manufacturer from Grossraming, Austria. The offered D 53 S is a traditional water-bearing solid-fuel central heating unit.

Manually fed boiler for central heating systems.This unit, identified based on the original data plate, has the manufacturing designation 09/1997 and serial number 0976.

Key features and practical benefits

• 53 kW with split logs: capacity indicated on the original plate; to be sized together with the required building heat demand and hydraulics.
• 53 kW with chipped brushwood/wood and coal: the data plate also lists Buschholzhackgut and Kohle as fuels. The permitted quality and dosage must be verified with the exact model manual.
• Maximum 3 bar boiler pressure: one of the defining factory limits for integration into the heating network.
• Maximum 95 °C flow temperature: temperature limit stated on the original plate, not recommended as a permanent operating setting.
• 220 V, approximately 80 W electrical data: electrical connection according to the boiler plate; this is auxiliary equipment data, not the 53 kW heat output.
• 1.5–6 bar specified for the safety cooling circuit: range indicated separately on the data plate; not to be confused with the 3 bar pressure limit of the boiler body.

For proper application, the chimney, return flow protection, buffer tank, and safety cooling must be coordinated together with the entire heating system. We do not provide a guarantee without automatic fuel feeding, lambda control, or documents certifying a completed inspection.

A downloadable factory operating manual for the exact D 53 S model has not been found yet. The numerical data above originate from the original data plate; documents of other Prüller or Solarfocus models are not used as the device's own manual.

The new Wolf-Online-Shop offer for Fröling S4 Turbo 50, PJ-100ASU664: 12,386.06 EUR gross, with 19% German VAT; calculated net 10,408.45 EUR. This is a modern log boiler from another manufacturer with 50 kW, not the exact new price of the old 53 kW Prüller; used as a basis for comparison due to the differing capacity and fuel range.

The new Fröling offer includes Lambdatronic S 3200 Touch control, cleaning kit, and safety cooling unit; automatic ignition is optional. Buffer tank, return lift, chimney, installation, commissioning, and delivery to Hungary must be agreed upon separately. Request a quote for the offered used boiler and its required accessories.
