For larger dry dust cleaning tasks in industrial plants, workshops, and maintenance areas. Based on the original data plate, this unit is a model DS2/2013847, with M dust class and Zone 22 marking equipment.

Verified characteristics and practical benefits

• 7.5 kW motor: the high-performance industrial drive indicated on the data plate.
• 400 V, 50 Hz, 3 N~: for three-phase operational connection; the data plate indicates 13.3 A current and a 25 A fuse rating.
• M dust class: identifier of the filtration design; the condition of the filter and the suitability of the dust to be vacuumed must be verified before use.
• Zone 22, II 3 D marking: appears on the data plate of this specific unit; it does not imply general suitability for all explosive atmospheres.
• IP55, 151.8 kg: protection and weight data from the machine's own data plate, for planning installation and handling.
• 210 mbar vacuum in the DS 2720 factory table: the manual reports 730 m³/h with a 3-meter hose for the M design with a 70 mm hose, and 825 m³/h with a 100 mm hose. These are documented series data, not measurement results of this used machine.

The attached Ruwac DS2 factory instruction manual covers the operation, filter cleaning, and emptying of the DS 2720. Can be used for dry dust in the appropriate configuration; this version is not intended for vacuuming liquids, glowing materials, or sparks. The actual filter surface, accessory list, and application will be coordinated.

New equipment price – verification status

On October 5, 2026, I could not find a verifiable, public new price for the exact DS 2720 M Zone 22 configuration. The manufacturer's DS2 page offers a request for a quote, and the Stangl DS 2720 product page also does not state a numerical new price. Net/gross status and full equipment can therefore only be verified with a written quotation.

For a new assembly, the contents of the M filtration, Zone 22 design, collection tank, suction hoses, cleaning heads, transport, and commissioning must be recorded separately. Request a quote for the used unit and the accessories required for the task.
