Electromagnetic volumetric flow measurement for conductive liquids. The offered assembly consists of a MAG 3100 measuring tube and a MAG 6000 transmitter. The exact material, pressure, and temperature variant of the DN100 measuring tube will be verified based on its own data plate.

Key features and practical benefits

• Electromagnetic measuring principle: according to the factory MAG 3100 manual, for measuring media with a conductivity of at least 5 µS/cm; proper filling and installation of the measuring tube are required.
• MAG 6000 transmitter with local display: for on-site visualization of the volumetric flow and configured measurement data.
• 7ME6920-1AA30-1AA0: order number verified on the original transmitter data plate, with serial number N1JN215048.
• 24 V AC/DC, 50/60 Hz, 10 W: original electrical data of the specific transmitter, for selecting the appropriate power supply.
• IP67 / NEMA 6, −20 and +60 °C: transmitter protection rating and ambient range shown on the original plate; this is not the temperature limit of the measured medium.
• 0/4–20 mA and digital output options: system integration according to the MAG 5000/6000 factory manual; specific wiring and settings will be coordinated.

The transmitter data plate shows a 11/2017 manufacturing mark and Made in France inscription. The manufacturing year and material variant of the measuring tube must be checked separately. A communication expansion module, current certification, or calibration result can only be provided with a separate supporting document.

The attached MAG 3100 factory manual, 07/2024 and MAG 5000/6000 factory manual, 12/2019 series documents. They provide guidance for verifying the correct sensor-transmitter pairing, SENSORPROM identification, grounding, and pipe network installation.

New assembly price – verification status

As of October 5, 2026, we found no verifiable, publicly available new price for the complete, exact DN100 MAG 3100 + MAG 6000 assembly. The separate component price of the measuring tube and transmitter is not equal to the price of the complete system. The numerical price, currency, and net/gross status can be verified from a specific new quotation.

For a new quotation, the full ordering code of the measuring tube, lining, electrodes, flanges, transmitter power supply, communication modules, calibration document, cables, shipping, and commissioning must be recorded separately.
