Varem – premium Italian tank technology

The Italian Varem since 1973 has been developing membrane expansion and pressure maintenance vessels. Its heating products serve to manage system water volume changes and maintain proper pressure.

MAXIVAREM LR 250 – membrane heating expansion vessel

For closed heating systems, dimensioned for total water volume, operating temperature, and pressures. The vessel accepts the volume expansion of the heated water, thereby mitigating pressure fluctuations associated with temperature changes.

Data and practical advantages of the factory LR 250

• 250 liter nominal vessel volume: can be dimensioned for larger systems; the actual expandable water volume depends on pressure conditions.
• 6 bar maximum operating pressure: the limit according to the datasheet of the factory MAXIVAREM LR CE 250 model.
• Factory range between −10 and +99 °C: material compatibility of the medium and frost protection must be agreed upon separately.
• Replaceable membrane: repairable membrane design according to the manufacturer's family description, complete vessel replacement is not necessarily required.
• 1½ inch connection, 624 × 1006 mm: data of the current UR250471CS000000 factory version, for planning space requirements and connection.
• Verifiable gas pre-charge: the factory manual prescribes regular inspection with a drained vessel; the value must be set for the specific system.

The Tavolla new MAXIVAREM LR CE 250 offer 370.26 EUR gross, with 22% Italian VAT, i.e. 303.49 EUR net. Verification: October 5, 2026. Article number: UR250471CS000000, 6 bar, 1½ inch.

Current new LR CE version: not the original manufacturing price of the used unit. The offer applies to the membrane vessel; connecting fittings, safety valve group, installation, pressure setting, and transport must be agreed upon separately. According to the dealer, the destination country of transport may modify the applicable VAT. Request a quote for the used vessel and the required accessories.
