The Austrian manufacturer Windhager develops automatic pellet heating systems. The BioWIN Exklusiv combines convenient operation with automatic fuel supply and cleaning functions.

Key features and practical benefits

• 2.9–9.9 kW output range: Can operate at partial load even with lower heat demand, adapting to the immediate heating requirement.
• Automatic electric ignition: Startup adapted to heat demand reduces manual ignition tasks.
• Automatic pellet feeding: The feeder delivers the required amount of pellets to the burner for combustion.
• Automatic suction pellet supply: The suction turbine of the Exklusiv version fills the intermediate pellet hopper from the storage room based on level indication and time setting.
• Motorized heat exchanger cleaning: The vertically moving cleaning mechanism regularly removes deposits from heat transfer surfaces.
• Auger removal of combustion chamber ash: The ash is mechanically conveyed into the side collection container, reducing manual ash removal work.
• Evacuation of ash separated from the heat exchanger: The ash transport system of the Exklusiv also directs the ash generated during the cleaning of the heat transfer surfaces into the collection container.
• 6 mm wood pellets: The data plate specifies pellets according to ÖNORM M7135 for uniform feeding and combustion.
• 59 liter boiler water capacity, 3 bar and 95 °C: Water-side data of the specific boiler for heating system design.
• 230 V electrical supply: Single-phase connection; the data plate indicates 89 W electrical rating. The ash container must be emptied regularly.
